For the past few years, personnel from my
Search and Rescue staff, and the Joint Rescue
Coordination Center (JRCC), have had an ongoing
dialogue with a local psychic by the name of
Gharith A. Pendragon. Although we have not had
occasion to officially seek his assistance, he
nonetheless has an impressive record of
clairvoyant, retrocognitive and precognitive
accuracies.
The purpose of this note is to let you know
that Mr. Pendragon will shortly be assuming a
teaching position in San Antonio, and my Chief,
Search and Rescue Branch has given him the address
of his counterpart in the Eighth District. In
anticipation that Mr. Pendragon may contact the
Eighth District, please be assured that he
possesses sound credentials and is among the
leaders in his profession.
