(U) Personnel:
- Per NMIPC (P-AS1) our authorized Strength is 11 with
seven personnel assigned.
2. (U) Administration:
- Two additional shipments of furniture for our facility
were received.
Three inspections of Building 2845 with the Work
Coordination Chief and the contractor were completed.
Plans for upgrade of the facility to include the Room
ill (classified storage area) are finalized. We
anticipate that the renovation will be completed by Aug
94. Occupancy programmed for Sep 94.
3. (U) Training:
- 20-24 June 94: ttended the "Nuclear Energy
and Proliferation In a i.gence Workshop" sponsored by
the DOE at DIAC.
4. (U) Travel: None.
5. (U) Transportation/Logistics:
- Apr 94 mileage report forwarded to DAL-2 on
6 July 94.

6. (S/NF/WN/SG/LIMDIS) Operations:
One project Iwas conducted in support of PAN-3E.
To date, we have completed four projects in support of
PAN/PAG.
- One project was conducted in support of Joint Task
Force Five requirements. Since 3 Mar 94 we have
completed 13 projects.
- Software for our foreign data base management system
installed by DIA. Dr, Ed May, SAIC, installed our
program on the system as part of the contract SOW on
9 and 10 June 94. The disk drive optical subsystem and
the optical media diskettes were ordered by S-04 on 26
June 94. The receipt of this equipment will allow us
to store classified data in a non-SCIF area.

- 1 June: I provided a Project STAR GATE
briefing to Ms. Caryn Wagner, HPSCI. Chief, PAG and PSC
in attendance. SAR item submitted.
- 3 June 94: provided a STAR GATE foreign
assessments briefing to Mr. Lin Wells II, Deputy to the
Under Secretary of Defense (Policy) for Policy Support.

member of this Activity.
STAR GATE briefings and letters of request to
representatives of the Army Science Board, the Naval
Research Advisory Committee, and the Air Force
Scientific Advisory Board. Purpose of the briefings was
to solicit their support and representation on the
Scientific Evaluation Panel which will review our R&D
program goals and objectives in response to a CDA.

- 20, 21, and 23 June 94. provided Project SG1J
- Action continuing to publish concluded Activity
operational activities in booklet form. JTF-5 booklets
completed. Info includes data provided by Activity
personnel; the tasking sheet; and customer feedback
results. It should be noted that Activity data and
customer feedback continues to be provided by classified
fax on a timely basis.
- A threat assessment on anomalous mental phenomena (AMP)
research in the FSU; and a report on recent significant
research and development results and implications in
AMP were published.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Future Highlights:
- 1 July 94: will meet with representatives
from J2M-3T concerning operational support.
- 13 July 94: I Iwill chair the monthly STIC-C
meeting which be held at ONI.
