1. (U) Personnel:
- Per NMIPC (P-AS1) our authorized strength remains at 11
with seven personnel assigned.
- Civilian appraisals completed and submitted to PAG prior
to suspense.
2. (U) Administration:
- One additional shipment of furniture for our facility
was received.
- Inspection of Building 284.5 with the contractor
completed. Renovation work requirements agreed upon.
Renovation work should begin on our new office o/a 22
Aug 94. Occupancy programmed for mid-Nov 94.
3. (U) Training: None.
4. (U) Travel: None.
5. (U) Transportation/Logistics:
- July 94 mileage report forwarded to DAL-2 on
3 Aug 94.
- Replacement GOV (Ford Taurus) provided.

- To date, we have completed six projects in support of
PAN/PAG.
- Eight projects were conducted in support of Joint Task
Force Five requirements. Since 3 Mar 94 we have
completed 21 projects.
- Software for our foreign data base management system
installed by DIA. We have ordered the optical disk
drive through SO-4. The receipt of this equipment will
allow us to store classified data in a non-SCIF area.
- 1 July: provided a Project STAR GATE
briefing to representatives from DIA's J2-M3T. Focus of
the briefing centered on future support to the -
SG1J - 13 July: chaired the monthly STIC-C meeting
that was hosted by the NMIC.

- 13 July: provided a foreign assessment update

- 20 July: A Project STAR GATE briefing was provided to

- 30 Aug 94: will meet with the NGIC imagery
collection response to STIC-C requirements.
