(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source. Tasking was: "Access and describe target
personality". Target personality
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A:
SG1A -- The target in appearance currently
has longish hair and is on the thin side in frame or stature.
This individual is a free marketer of items that are shipped or
transported from one location to the other. He may have been
divorced or has had difficulties resulting in an angry marriage.
He may also have a daughter. This man is not to be trusted and
has a bad temper. He is involved in illegal dealings and is
currently located by water. His plans are to be on the move away
from his home area and will be traveling in the near future.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B:
-- The target is of average height and build (5'9"; 165
ibs). He is balding on top and occasionally wears a moustache.
He is missing one or two of his front teeth but has an infectious
smile just the same. He wears almost exclusively an open collar
shirt and expensive sports jackets;. mostly blues and sometimes a
double breasted jacket as well. For somebody who is involved
with illegal activities, the target enjoys having his photograph
taken. He is married to a strictly religious wife but enjoys
putting forth the image of a "playboy" lifestyle.
-- I sense that he has spent alot of his life in western
Europe; maybe the UK. He has been to college and can speak
English and two other European languages (French and Italian or
Spanish I feel). I'm sensing that he also used to be "not so
nice" as far as his involvement with crime is concerned. I sense
a real mean or diabolical demeanor; as if he once held a position
of an enforcer or body guard.

-- I don't sense an association with white but rather
with dark colors e.g. browns and greens. His interest involves
dense, dark colored lumps which would be considered in a "raw"
state. This stuff has a very heavy and almost moldy smell. It
really almost has the appearance of dried animal dung because of
its color, size and shape, "dryness" and the amount of stick or
straw-like material which seems to be stuck to it. I sense that
this stuff is stored at least part of the time in the latter.
-- I sense that this substance moves at first very slowly
and then rapidly as if it were first transported by a group of
pack animals and then transferred to a large motor vehicle. I
sense that the target has a great deal to do with the operation
of this transportation. The target has suspicions that his
operation is being watched. Consequently, the route used by the
locals is changed with every shipment.
-- The target has something to do with weavings or
fabric; not carpets but maybe clothing, wall hangings or packing
material.

-- The target personality is Middle Eastern or Eastern in
origin. He considers himself spiritual or religious or adheres
to a strict religious discipline. This individual has had many
transitions in life and can be considered successful. He has
money and wealth. He has been wanted for some time for illegal
activities and he could have been responsible for organizing some
terrorist activities. He is older now, and at times he is tired.
He uses a large organization to back him in his illegal
activities. It seems as though he does not have a difficult time
to get what he wants or needs. He is very well known in his
circles and some come to him for advice. He is active now in
illegal activities but more in the role of consultant or advisor.
Drugs and weapons seem to surround this individual. He reminds
one of a zealot.
