EVALUATION DATA: E. Viewer's Estimate Evaluator's Estimate SESSION SUMMARY: The target(s) of concern are located within the building sketched on pages and 1 and 3. This structure is 2 or 3 floors high with the upper portion smaller and appears to have been placed on top of the lower stories at a later time. This structure occurs two streets or blocks away from the building depicted on in diagram "a", page 2. The second structure is associated with a very tall and thin tower-like feature. This building/tower is "one of a kind" or unique onto its self. There are no other that are similar in the city. The following attributes/features/characteristics occur within the vicinity of the two above mentioned structures: - stacks of metal grates or panels reminiscent of corral fencing. - half circles coming vertically out of the ground (see pg 3). - a very large piece of yellowish cloth with frayed edges flapping in the wind. - an association with Morocco, or Moroccan culture/interests. - metal rings or hoops stacked in piles. Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 - the concept of "dried" water. - the concept of "Coptic", which related to a cross-shaped object lying flat on the ground; light; stone church; east- west orientation; sacred; enclave; abandoned; damaged and Christian. - bakery-type operation nearby which produces a distinctive large, flat, puffy pizza-sized bread (page 3). - an area of low, gabled structures reminiscent of an American chicken farm (page 3). - the other, surrounding buildings are 2 and 3 storied structures with a "stepped or terrace." appearance which is reminiscent of southwestern U.S. Native American pueblo villages. - a compound where animal parts or bones are scattered around; the smell associated with this feature is nauseating to the point of throwing up. - vehicle tracks in soft, unpacked dirt near the first building (page 3). - an area of partially ruined walls and jagged edges (page 3). - a circular feature composed of stone blocks reminiscent od a well with two linear walls or features extending outwards, giving the appearance of wings (Page 2, diagram "b"). The following are attributes/features/characteristics either directly associated with the first structure or are things directly perceived by the. target(s) themself(ves): - shadows associated with a bright light coming into the room through a crack in the door and also illuminating wooden slats or flooring. - a table outside of the door with the following objects sitting on it: books (dealing with geography and construction engineering) and a small, metal box reminiscent of a throat candy box (containing "dog tags"). - the guard outside the door has on him an ornament made from elephant parts (hair, bone, etc.); this ornament is a symbol associated with a particular clan, "society", moiety" or religious faction. - there are three bodies hidden in very large, pipe-like objects with jagged holes; these objects are associated with a well. 2) Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 - the warrant officer is feeling depressed, saddened and weak; he has something wrong internally; a spherical growth or area is getting larger; it is dark, almost black; it is in his lower body, maybe the intestinal region. - he can hear metal being heavily hammered (not tapping). through the window; heavy metal clanking reminiscent of an anvil or beam. - he has moved over to a window and can look down; however, it is straight down a flat wall with no hand holds; he can also see exposed, unfinished wooden poles or supports of small trees or limbs; a curved wall directly below him and a large, stone wheel reminiscent of a grist or grinding wheel. Final Note: the opposition will return the remaining Americans (living and deceased) after there has been one more kidnapping or capture. I sense it is the latter with a very close relative or symbolic clan tie being captured by U.N./U.S. forces. 3) Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 SG1A Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 ~, z a Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 L44M-P 44 17. cv kc, k Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 t rQ W 2b Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 9 Approved For Release 2003/09/08: CIA-RDP96-00789ROO2500199021-2 3) Approved For Release 2003/09/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002500190021-2 TASKING SHEET SOURCE NO: DATE: 12 Oct 93 SUSPENSE: 13 Oct 93 1.
