Warlord Mohamed Farrah Aidid can be located in the area of
Garoe. (See map for location) He is traveling more freely now and
he has plans to continue to travel.. It seems that he moves in and
out of Magadishu. He is a man who now wants peace and is willing
to work with our President and the United Nations. He will be
making a speech shortly and will be out in the open. As long as he
is willing to negotiate, he will not be arrested. The country of
Somalia will have peace shortly.
