from each source.

-- The target S(- is part of a smuggling ring. He
is foreign, has an independent personality and is currently
located in a warm sunny climate. Barrels of items are for
shipment eventually to the United States. The individual is part
of an organized operation and is affiliated with other dealers.
The illegal contraband is believed to be drugs which will be
shipped or delivered to the U.S. perhaps by the September time
frame.

has dark hair. This individual holds a high position within an
organization and is considered powerful. This person is well

lawyers around him. This could mean that lawyers work for him or
that he may need lawyers to help get him out of a mess. I sense
a ship wreck around this individual.
