(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A:
SG1A
The target is a man who
wears loose fitting garb or clothing. Conceptually, his soul is
that of a hunter and he has a dark side to his nature. A light
haired mature woman who wears her hair up is associated with this
man. He has been around a mountainous region at some time in his
life. He has also been associated with small planes at some
point. Illegal activities include smuggling from the South or
Central America for money.

The target is currently preparing a small fishing
vessel. He is personally involved with the on-sea aspect of this
particular operation. He is well groomed and wears his hair in a
pony tail.
-- He has an American companion with him; this person is
a very :Large man with a bushy, reddish-brown beard. This
American is pre-occupied with something hanging off of the dock
and down into the water.
The vessel feels like a somewhat old wooden fishing
boat. The back portion of the boat is open and there is a dearth
of ancillary objects present i.e. benches, bait holding tank,
fishing nets, pullies, etc.; the usual inventory found on a small
time commercial fishing boat.
-- The outward of the appearance of the vessel is
deceiving as to its performance level. The exterior is very run
down looking with large areas of peeling paint. It used to be
white but numerous previous layers of paint are visible. The
engine and propulsion system of this vessel is the opposite; it
is high performance, well maintained and much faster than what is
normal for this type of vessel.

-- The target knows that he is under surveillance but is
extremely "cool" about it. There is an area within this
particular harbor where a number of derelict boats are "parked".
He plans on losing his "tail" by maneuvering among these boats.
-- I sense that this trip will be very soon; maybe this
coming weekend (29-31 July).
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C:
-- Target is a male individual who may be suspected of
carrying on illegal activities. Individual may be a drug dealer
or a drug runner. This male is heavy set and has broad
shoulders. He has long, dark hair. He is a member of a drug
cartel. He may also be carrying illegal weapons. He is working
in Columbia and Mexico. He has much information on the drug
business and is very much wanted by law enforcement agencies.
