Target consists of a very large dark colored vessel.
Vessel could be a cargo ship. Vessel has some colors to it that
are red and blue. Target vessel is "dirty", meaning that there is
illegal contraband on board. Illegal contraband is in the form of
drugs that are contained in a very large gold chest below deck.
Target vessel has been suspected of such activities in
the past and is currently being monitored. Target vessel has
started its voyage from the east and is sailing west.
