maintains his contacts by cellular phone and is known to wear red
s orts ~~hirts or loose fitting tank topes to suit the weather.

are invo ve in an array of illegal dealings for money. Tracing
this man would be the best means of catching him in the act.

looked like a warehouse. He drives a nice car. He can be
located in a city. Target personality looks like a conservative
and it looks like he is conservative and it looks like he has a
legal business however, he is involved with illegal shipping. He
