DATA SUMMARIES
Project 94-266-0
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
from each source.
(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A:
-- The target vessel is large, hispanic by name, and is
SG1A movin at a fast rate in a northern direction. The SG1A
is light in color, possibly white with a mast and may
have dark colored decks. Contraband is aboard a boat in plastic
bags hidden in a compartment below the deck. There are several
people involved with the transport and transfer of the drugs to
include a middle man. An older man of middle age status is
heading up the operation which is to occur in the October time
frame.
- (S/NF/SG/LIMDI Source B:
-- The target is a vessel which seems
to contain attributes of two different types of ships. It has
two or possibly three large poles or masts but when viewed from
underneath, it has no keel. It has a long and heavy appearance
and three levels are visible. This vessel looks like the upper
portion of a sailboat that has been placed on top of the bottom
section of a freighter. The hull is white or light colored.
-- The target is currently moving in a circular "holding
pattern". The owner and/or pilot of the vessel has become
"dirty" or corrupted from rubbing shoulders with the wrong
people. He is trying to figure a way out of this situation.
This vessel is somehow associated with the word "columbian".

-- This vessel has extra antennas on board; they are
near the center mast or pole in an attempt to camouflage their
presence. There is a large, rolled feature reminiscent of
padding around the interior curve of the rear of the vessel. A
film or mist is being sprayed out in a wide, flat sheet. This
film has a metallic taste, constricts the throat and can be
explosive.
-- A section of one of the masts/poles has been cut out
and replaced (sketch 2a). There is an inner casing which can be
moved or slid up and down. A thick layer of material i.e. paint,
has been applied, smoothing over any evidence of a cut out. The
surface of sections of either the vessel's hull or cargo is
peeling or flipping up in layers; exfoliating.
-- There is a single boat-shaped object hanging in/over
the star-board rear portion of the vessel (sketch 2b).
- (S/NF/S .I~IMDIS) Source C:
-- The J((~j1HA target vessel, is rather
large and has been invo vec in drug trafficking. Target vessel
is hispanic in nature and there is an older man who may be the
captain of the vessel. This older man has gray/silver hair and
is very intelligent. He is very well aware of the on-goings.
This man could also be an American who helps with the off-loading
once the drugs get into the U.S.
-- Target vessel is active now and could be carrying a
rather large amount of drugs and is traveling in a northern
direction.
-- The drugs could be inside brown square crates.
