The target vessel is medium sized and light in color. It is
located south or south east of the United States. The activity is
narcotics smuggling and four to five men are involved in this
scenario. Two of these men are of interest in particular and are
suspected of illegal drug activity. This vessel will travel in a
northern direction in the future in an attempt to make a
connection.
