E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The target involves a structure which is part of an organization
for the manufacture and production of materials. This structure
is a building with steps in front, and long and wide concrete walk
ways or run ways, extending from it in different directions. This
facility consists of a lot of metal and metal scraps on the inside
and is both raised above and below ground in its foundation. The
concept of sound is significant to this site. A low but loud
intermittent humming noise is present. Many working class workers
are currently working here in plain uniform. Adjacent to this
building, is a large, deep dug out land area. This area may be
under construction because there are unfinished structural walls
creating this space. In other words, a high land area is at the
edge of a steep dug out hole or cavern. There is a relationship

to money and resources that have been provided to this project for
large metallic material production. Big trucks are utilized for
loading and off-loading. Steel drums can be found on the premises
containing liquid. The production of large metallic materials is
the result of work efforts from this location.

1. (S/NF) The target appears to be a structure allied with
the concepts of storage and manufacturing. The target building
is located in an isolated area. Soil excavation and movement
also appears associated with the target. Two sources
associated the target with the odors and tastes normally
associated with that of toxic materials.
2. (U) The isolation of the site implies a sense of
illegality and secrecy.
