E. SESSION SUMMARY :
There is a structure at the site which is cubed, angled, and
possibly suspended. It can take a crowd into action and can induce
fear in some people. In other words, its function can be alarming.
It is sensitive to certain given conducive conditions for
operation, including that of weather. The target employs
electronics and the basic principles associated with a place which
utilizes computers/ dials. Communications are emphasized at the
site. Some technocological items can be considered on a physics or
an atomic/molecular level. Many people can fit inside a large
structure of solid construction at the target site. Some shipments
are made in the area and there are many roadways/paths and modes of
travel. The target could be utilized as a means of
protection/safeguard, is well connected, and is grounded or
currently not in use.
