The target document is related to the concept of communication
not in the conventional sense, but in either a newly discovered or
unknown method. There is a repetition of circles, parts of circles
and linear alignments. These features appear as pictographs or
pictures upon the land scape and feel very large at times.
The terrain containing the aforementioned features is
unusually flat with small areas which rise above the surrounding
area.
Given the choice, I would say that the flavor of the target
document has to do with non-human origins or features; possibly
extra-ordinary or extra-normal phenomena. There are places where
the indigenous situation has been changed i.e. from tall to flat or
from long to short. There is a sense of controversy surrounding
this material.
