SUBJECT: SSCI Add-on far SUN STREAK (U)
1. (U) PURPOSE: To provide the breakout of the additional funds
identifie by the SSCI in support of SUN STREAK efforts.
2. (U) FOINTS OF MAJOR INTEREST:
a. (S/NF) The SSCI has identified a potential add-on to the
FY91 budget of $8 million to support SUN STREAK efforts. This
paper provides the breakout an how these funds will be used. Note
tYiat the program consists of two aspects: phenomenological research
and operational pursuits. The research aspect is accomplished by
DIA with the support of various research activities. The opera-
tjLonal aspect has been pursued via the DIA special access program
SiJN STREAK, that is currently under U.S. Army operational control.
Future research should be kept separate from any SAP activity to
f
