Approved For Release 2002/11/18 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002000560001-8 SECRET/NOFORN-SKEET CHANNELS ONLY PROJECT SUN STREAK (U) WARNING NOTICE: INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED CRV Session Procedures Report (S/NF/SK) (Control Number I HDate of Session 11May87 0 I 0 IlDate of Report 11May87 II 9 I Source Identifier: 011 H 1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking: Monitor granted access to all available feedback (available in ops officer files). 2. (S/NF/SK) Session: Source was directed to review his last session ('M', 01 May 87). Monitor then explained that, although AOL presence way heavy, much pertinent data had been objectified; the concept of 'vehicle' and 'retractable' would be explored in this session. Concurrent Stage VI training was conducted during the session. (Source worked on a clay model of 'vehicle' during which time S6 concepts were reviewed). 3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: A person in a protective suit seems to be associated with the vehicle (AOL-'fireman'). Doors are present on the vehicle on top, in a forward position, on the sides, and on the back. The door on the side appears to be an "access panel". Doors in the rear open outward to move things in and out of the vehicle; little excess room is available inside. An object is located inside, near the top and toward the front of the vehicle. Post Session Notes: There seems to be a concept of disguise or deception connected with this target. (AOL-"It reminds me of how work stations and equipment are disguised as cargo pallets and boxes and loaded onto cargo aircraft to perform covert aerial reconnaissance. To the untrained eye the inside of the aircraft would appear to be carrying cargo. In reality, however, the mission of the aircraft was something other than appearances would indicate.") 4. (S/NF/SK) Feedback: Source was informed that this project was a utility assessment and that he was, interestingly, experiencing confusion in a manner almost identical to that of other sources.
