ops officer files) prior to session. No additional instructions
received.
2. (S/NF/SK) Session: Good session for this source; monitor
confident that source acquired the site/target(s) to a degree which will
allow for the objectification of "fine structure" (more detail) upon
subsequent sessions.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Land, mountainous, trees (AOL-"Peru").
Loud, wailing (siren), burnt smells and crackling sounds all associated
with a type of physical experiment. What seems to be an earthen dome is
present at the site. One of a series of tests takes place within this
structure. It results in a localized, brilliant, red and white sphere
of light which is produced suddenly; this event is preceeded by ozone
smells and a sudden "pop!". People are present in the structure prior
to the event. Their post-test assessment is that the test was carried
out correctly. A more recent or possibly near future test takes place
in the open. There is a process of "extrusion, drawing or pulling up"
in connection with it. It results in a very huge, expansive, solid
surface (AOL-"sphere, egg shell).
