1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking: See initial tasking data, attached. Monitor
biased by results of CRV-01/02 and subsequent related discussions with
ops officer.
2. (S/NF/SK) Session: Source was taken from S1 directly to S4 (S2
column). Coordinates were placed on top of each page prior to writing
matrix column headings. This technique has been tailored specifically
for RV-018. S6 time line was verbal; worksheet not used. Source
seemed to have good site contact but did not produce a great deal of
data. Recommend working this target/source again, after ops officer
critique of session.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Site is a wide open, spacious, flat area.
There is a large structure at the site which has a dome above it;
struts seem to be incorporated into the dome. Source felt that site is
presently (inactive) but that, in the past, an explosion took place
within the large, domed structure. This explosion did not result in the
destruction of the structure. AOL's encountered in the session were
"barium experiment" (former session), "missile silo", and "underground
nuke test".
4. (S/NF/SK) Feedback: Monitor volunteered to source that he knew
absolutely nothing about the site.
