NICKNAME: OTHER "D"
TARGET COUNTRY: UR
SESSION NUMBER: 01
MISSION STATUS: (initial) - closed
2. ( ) SESSION: There were no unusual occurrences, inclemencies or
external environmental conditions known to the Interviewer which may have influenced
the results of this session. The session was conducted utilizing only standard
ERV protocols.
3. ( ) (The following narrative contained within quotation marks is
an abridged copy of Sources's post session written summary. This summary has been
editorialized, (as indicated), by the undersigned for clarity, grammar and structure.
The actual unabridged summary is maintained in the mission field dossier at this
location along with any other material produced during this session, e.g., sketches,
notes, etc).
"(The) site is in a pristine area, (with.a) river nearby. (The) land slopes up
towards (the) site. (The) site is like an inverted bowl (containing) ribs (support)
like engineer posts. (The) site is underground. There( are tunnels (leading to)
a large hangar-like (open) area. The hangar-like area has (an) elevated portion
(resembling) a rail dock or a (European) subway station. The station area is clean,
bright (with predominent colors of) blues and whites. (The) building (structure)
on the elevated platform contains numerous (electronic) consoles (which perform)
various (functions) from life support to "coalating." (There) i,s~~ not much activity
(at the time of the viewing). (At a time when there is more acd ivity) the area
is (well) lit and there is a lot of movement. People are dressed in uniforms
(similar to) US Air Force summer uniforms with dark trousers and a (lighter colored)
short sleeve shirt.

(One) individual) is wearing a full uniform (with blouse) and named "Georg or
George" and is probably an academy graduate. He (resembles) Black Jack Pershing.
(A) failure (in this facility) will have political results (and could result) in the
transfer of funds to (other) things proving more successful. (An impression of US
North Atlantic Air Defense) NORAD in Cheyenne Mountain, (Colorado) was present."
b. ( ) During the actual session, Source reported other datatwhich
may impact on the final assessment of this target. That data is listed below in
raw unevaluated form:
(1) ( ) An impression of water not far away. There is
an isolated, lonely feel ao\but this target but not, apparently, due to its
geographic location but rather from its purpose.
(2) ( ) An impression of an inverted bowl, like the (US)
Capitol Vome except that this dome seems to be constructed below another building which
lies over the dome.
(3) Within the dome, a feeling of guarded security, tenseness and alertness
prevails. The impression persists that the Source does not belong at this target
I.e., not authorized.
(4) ( ) Tunnels connecting various areas within the facility
(below the dome) in addition to long rows of steps leading down. At atl.easttfibne
point tunnels intersect forming a "T" formation.
(5) ( ) Within the complex there is a large open area, a central
point in the structure, connected by the tunnels, steps and an impression of a
subway system. There is a wide array of computer-like electronic equipment,
storage cabinets, large viewing screens, switch boards, charts, flashing lights
and a general feeling of excitement and anticipation among the people working here.
(6) ( ) The facility seems to function on periodic alert
status with an impression of tests and drills be conducted by "feeng" data to
the machines. These drills are codenamed with two word codes. One code name began
with the word "WCtf R...." another began with "'g~~NE-1rs....". A separate data file
was labelled "CHUX" (phonetic). The success of this facility will result in
"maintaining an advantage" "leapfrogging" (as in checkers) and the prevention of
"sneaking ahead." A failure would result in lost prestige, a shifting of
political interest and loss of funding.
4. ( ) OPS FEEDBACK: Immediately following this session a review of Source's
perceptions was conducted with the operations off. It was his determination that
Source had:
a.
been completely successful in acquiring the proper site.
identified all of the major getalts at this site.
c. ( ) adequately identified the key components, facilities,
equipment and purpose of this site.

d. ( ) completed the mission is such a manner that further sessions
would be unnecessary as a result of this highly successful "one-time" viewing
Source was provided with the entire mission package containing diagrams and descriptive
data on the actual target,(an underground communications center to provide command,
control and communications for wartime and emergency use). It is located within the
S G1 Source examined the official drawing
and diagrams and agreed that this was, in fact, the target he had viewed.
