(C/NF/SK) A review of the material outlined in SPR cited above with task knowledgeable personnel indicated strongly that Source had not acquired the proper site during that session. Interviewer was told to conduct a subsequent session in an attempt to have the Source acquire the proper site. (C/NF/SK) Feedback Provided to Source Following ------------------- Session: Source was told that it was impossible at this time to determine if he had acquired and accurately described the actual target. Key facilities and personalities at this site were, however, verbally labelled by the interviewer to facilitate the reacquisition of these components in future sessions. Source was not provided any indication of when such a session might occur. 2. (U) UNUSUAL OCCURRENCES: None 3. (S/NF/SK) SYNOPSIS OF RAW DATA PROVIDED BY SOURCE: a. (S/NF/SK) Within the building is one room containing a large tan colored machine with various knobs, dials and controls. The machine is associated with intense bright white light with a shuttering device that regulates this light's intensity and frequency. Technicians were working with this machine. d. (S/NK/SK) Another room contained a machine which resembled an iron lung with two large black rings on the side. This machine was used as some sort of regulator. e. (S/NF/SK) Another area was described as a "garden of lights". This room contained numerous boxed shaped containers lined in a row. Each box radiated a different colored light with a filtering system that was capable of changing the size and color of the light emanating from these boxes.
