SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
1. (S/NF/SK) The target person is a male who has either very short hair
or a balding spot on top of his head. He appears neatly dressed, but has
some sloppy personal habits.
(S/NF/SK) Dowsing was performed on a large, full-color map of Africa.
Dowsing first produced several widely spaced impressions, among which I
finally chose Rwanda as the target's location (see inclosed map).
