1. The general area is a land/structure interface at a high altitude.
Water appears to be a minor part of the site.
2. Throughout the session, I was "stuck" and could not move from a spot
where the land is jagged, steeply sloped in places and uneven. It has
brown and shiny black rocks, and little vegetation. At the time of
viewing, the air was clear, fresh, and cool.. The weather was sunny and
bright.
3. Off in the distance from where I was "stuck", there is an isolated
structural complex surrounded by a wire (chain-link:?) fence. It is multi-
part, with many of the parts connected. One part is much higher than the
others. The overall appearance is of metallic grey construction with
"plain" sides (either no windows or all windows - no square window patterns
breaking up the plainness). This complex appears to serve a scientific
purpose, doing research/observing/"keeping".
4. Due to the "being stuck" phenomen07which has happened to me before), I
requested 025 for a 2nd session on this target.
