METHODOLOGY: ERV TRAINING VIEWER IDENTIFIER: 052
1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: For viewer to enter a relaxed state in
order to perform in extended remote viewing. Viewer was
asked to visualize walking up a staircase and then to fly off
the staircase and enjoy herself.
2. ( S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: To visualize herself climbing a
staircase and then to take off for a trip after she climbed
it.
3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: After viewer enjoyed her session,
monitor took her back down the staircase in order that she
knew she was back and this may help in grounding.
