WORKING PAPER
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
Target #: _3:247
Date: 7 June 90
Time: 0905-1410
Viewer: 052
Session: 01
The target is an activity or event. There is a
cylindrical shape that is clear and see-through. There is
something inside it that seems to be moving through it and
out on one end. The stuff inside it is light, smooth,
stringy, air, and it is moving down, making a "whoosh"
sound. It is speeding up as it goes down and out. It
makes me want to throw up.
The cylindrical shape seems to be in the bottom of
something, in a horizontal position. It could be in the
bottom of a square box. There is a bomb in the box and it
explodes. It makes me think of a bomb blowing up a
person. I can see red, fire, and jagged flames. The
outside of the box seems to have diagonal lines going from
left to right and right to left.
Something about the target makes my nose burn, my eyes
water, choke, and makes me feel queasy enough to vomit. It
makes me think of gas. It also makes me think of a car and
a car crash. Something is political, dizzy, confused,
stuffy, lunatic, nervous and colorful. I keep seeing a
small blue spot of light and three shapes. One of the
three shapes seems to be more important than the others.

Palestine-General Command, a rad-
ical group headed by former Syrian ,
Army captain Ahmed libritand op.;
posed to the mainstream Palestine. '
Liberation Organization leadership
of Yasser Arafat. -
Interviewed last month', In Da-
mascus by ABC television, Jibril
denied any involvement in the Lock
erbie bombing, but confirmed that
Dalkamouni was in possession of
the air-pressure sensor. He said it
and a haul of seized weapons, ex-
plosives and ammunition were
meant for use against Israel.
Replying to questions in Locker!
bie, Orr said the container with the
explosi;.k.., was loaded with a "lim-
ited amount of interline baggage,"
or luggage originating in other air
ports, and "the rest" was "made up
of Frankfurt baggage."
Orr invoked the 'balance .of prob-
ability" in pinpointing Frankfurt.
But he declined to provide further
details about the size or make of the ,
cassette player or the nature of the
explosive or detonator. ,employed,
for fear of compromising" the inter-
national investigation.
Speaking before the German re-
buttals, sources close to the inves-
tigation here said they were con-
vinced that the cassette player was
loaded in Frankfurt on the Boeing
727 feeder flight. However, they
conceded that the explosives may
have been slipped aboard the
Boeing 747 when the Frankfurt
feeder flight's cargo was trans-
ferred at London's Heathrow air-
?
port.

Later, British Transport Secie-
tary Paul Channon saLd Osseo:-
gers' radios and other electrical
equipment might' have to be
banned from airliners "because
scanning equipment could fail to
detect bombs within them. 'There
are a number of devices like this
which can be taken on board but
cannot be opened," Channon told
reporters in Montreal, where the
International Civil Aviation Organ-
ization was meeting on security at
airports.
Earlier, journalists for the first
time were shown a former- chem-
ical warehouse in Lockerbie where
'police employees in white overalls,
gloves and masks were sorting
through cargo and personal be-
longings of the 259 passengers
and crew collected from a 845-
square-mile area after the aircraft
disintegrated at 31,000 feet and
crashed into this town in southern
Scotland.
More than 10,000 computer en-
tries have been made and the items
stored in more than 200 cardboard
boxes and plastic sacks. Police an-
nounced that those items no longer
needed for the investigation would
be returned to their owners or their
relatives, starting today.
