Feedback on JT4-0076-90 (24 July 90)
00B: (240939 JUL 90): The ship identified as is a sleek, white, large
sailing vessel. Indications are that it is "self contained", in that, among other features, it
has a wind or other natural powered generator for keeping batteries up (does not depend
on gas power in any way). There is a name (NFl) on the side, just astern of midships,
and the rear of the ship carries a name (name approximated from indistinct visual
appearance) "Montana del Mar" or "Montana del Mar de Cambio". There appears to also
be an apparent conflict in the name, since the port of origin appears to be (approximated
from indistinct visual image) " bury, VT". The vessel is carrying cocaine, concealed
under the interior wooden flooring in the bow of the ship, on the left side (ballast on the
right side equalizes the weight). The concealment job is excellent, with no indications
that flooring boards have been tampered with.

OOD: 240930L July 90
Target vessel has a washed out greyish/black hull, a blue superstructure and two
large sails. The letter "G" and the number "7" were evident, but could not make out a
name. There are many things piled up on deck.
This vessel is carrying cocaine. The drugs are in powder form, tightly wrapped and
stored below deck, toward the rear of the vessel. They are located next to the hull (taped
to it somehow), and there is woven material, like burlap, on top of it. There is garbage
nearby. This vessel is planning to meet with another vessel.
OOG: The vessel is off-white, in good condition, with one portion higher than the rest of
the boat. This vessel is not currently carrying drugs. A small amount of food [, lumpy
growth] is in the back of the boat.
