Feedback on JT4-066-90 (17 Jul 90)
00B: (171042 JUL 90) The port of is being used for the transprt of
contraband drugs. I saw no direct indication that any of the drug-related ships would be
leaving port within the next 24-48 hours (nor any indication that they would not).
There is a place with a small sign saying (C% val) "Puente angosto". From here
there is a narrow bridge which leads across a small waterway to a very large building with
a large parking lot in front. On the other side of the building is the water of the port, and
off to the right (as one crosses the bridge) is a large wall (see sketch, page 3) with a
portal in it. On the other side of the portal is a long set of steps leading down to the
water.
On Thursday of this week, a VIP of the position of "Ochoa" is scheduled to go down
these steps and get into a small boat which will take him out to one of the drug-ships (see
item 3., below) for business reasons.
There are many ships in port, but the only specifically drug related ships I could find
were:
1. A small, dark green vessel named (name approximated from sound) "Borracho
Loco"/" (Maimed) Borracho" ("still staggers when sober"). It is a small vessel of
approximate 60' in length.
2. A large sailing ship named (name approximated from sounds) "Pampon" (accent
on last syllable). This vessel is presently in covered drydock, but there are plans to use
it for transporting a drug shipment on or about 1 Aug 90, to a place called (name
approximated from sound) "Cerraton"/"Keraton" (accent on last syllable). This may in
some way also involve the ship described in item 3., below.
3. A very large, wide ship with black hull, cream colored trim and a single
smokestack. The smokestack appears to have a "shield" painted on it with a mainly-gold
colored emblem on a blue background. This ship is named (name approximated from
sounds) the "Barranquilla (mistress)"/"Barranquilla Cavron" (which sounded like a
nickname, with accent on last syllable). This is the ship to which the VIP is scheduled
to go.
4. A green and cream colored ship (no other description available) which is named
(name approximated from sounds) "Rigador"/"Hrigador"/"Vrigador"/"Brigador"/"Prigador"
(strange, undecipherable sound at beginning of word, and accent on last syllable). Due
to an unavoidable interruption, no other information was gained on this ship.
OOD:
The port of is being used to transport contraband drugs. There are
currently two vessels in port. One of the vessels is carrying drugs. This vessel is red on
the outside bottom and white on the top. It will depart within the next 24 hours.

Two vessels in are involved in drug-related activity. Their names
are on a (black) list. One is a fishing boat and the other is large and powerful. Both have
long names. The vessels are in good condition and rich businessmen are involved. The
two vessels will be leaving port to market drugs sometime between 19 and 24 Jul. These
are money-making vessels.
