The target vessel is sailing west towards Mexico in smooth warm
water. The vessel is carrying contraband in the form of illegal
drugs.
Although the final outcome of this activity remains ongoing,
there may be an off-loading operation within several days in a
direction westward of the vessels current location.
Instructions and directions of travel are being received by
radio.
The vessel's destination is Mexico or somewhere in the southern
portion of California. This issue needs to be revisited at a later
time.
The captain of the vessel and one other man whose initials
contain the letters H or HN are involved in this scheme. Two men
who are actively involved in this scheme bear the letters "J & S."
