TO SMALLER VESSELS. AIRPORT LOCATED SOUTH OF CHICO NEAR
INTERSECTION OF HWAY 3 AND HWAY 16, IS PERCEIVED AS PLAYING A ROLE
(NFI).

AS AN AREA OF ANTICIPATED INTEREST.
PERCEIVED TO BE CARRYING COCAINE WRAPPED IN BLUISH
APPEARING PACKAGES MEASURING ABOUT 8"X20"X4". SEVERAL SUCH
PACKAGES PROBABLY WRAPPED IN BIGGER BUNDLES. THESE BIGGER BUNDLES
ARE BELIEVED TO BE HIDDEN IN SUB-DECK AREA. TWO CONCEPTUAL

*Opening to hidden compartment; securely
bolted/screwed down with water tight seal.
Compartment inside has a false bottom made
to look like a storage bin/hold/bay. Beneath
this false bottom is an extensive sub-level(s)
}which has been densely packed with'the blue-
wrapped packages described in text.
**Lots of work-related debris lies on top of
this "grate" area. This-'a'ea has been
left particularly greasy/dirty and cluttered
to further camouflage the sub-deck compartment.
