E. SESSION SUMMARY:
The target area consists of a number of features reminiscent
of a harbor complex (see diagram sketch map)'. (A river empties
into the harbor as well.) This location is, or will be used, as a
temporary stop over. It will be a "hiding" place for someone or
something. There is the concept of "getting lost" in the traffic
or shuffle that goes on in this location.
Impression that something or someone comes in from the
west; from the Pacific side. They, or it bounces along the
northern coast of Colombia and into Venezuela. The port of
interest in somewhere in this latter area; I'd have to say near
the Colombian-Venezuelan border.
The port itself is associated with some sort of fish
processing facility(ies); e.g. packing or fertilizer.
The term "PISCADO ESCUELO" was perceived.
