SG 1 A INTERIM SUMMARY
The word is one of at least three code words
utilized to convey a degree alertness/readiness towards the
implementation of activity or attack. The use of the code word
implies that no action should take place; it indicates
a state of neutrality. SG1A
Use of the code word conveys a sense of urgency
normally associated with a "red alert." The use of SG1A
further also implies that preparatory stages towards action
should be ongoing.
A third code word implies the equivalent of a yellow alert,
that is, proceed with caution. (Source was unable to identify
the third code word.)
There is a strong possibility that the target personality's
planned activities can be neutralized within the next few days
as a result of ongoing negotiations. In the meantime he
remains involved in pursuing the transfer of (big) weaponry.
Phonetics that surfaced during the session were
"Ohauha/Ohauah." Source felt that there could be as many as
five code words or call signs used by the target personality to
indicate various states of readiness.
