E. SESSION SUMMARY:
Target personality is described as "Ahmad", an Arab-military
leader who has recently been promoted to a high military rank of
leadership.
There appears to be no salient activity taking place until 9
April 1992 or thereafter.
"Ahmad" is involved in strategic war planning for an activity,
possibly an attack to occur in southern Lebanon. However, his
attack will be neutralized. "Ahmad's" forces (military) forces are
currently involved in a military buildup occurring within a
geographically circular area.
"Ahmad" is a military person who believes in terrorism. He
hopes to force his way "on (Israeli) settlement land." Israel, on
the other hand, will take progressively stronger unilateral action
to protect its freedom and guard its territorial rights.
