SUMMARY
1. (S/NF/LIMDIS) TARGETING DATA: A sealed envelope of the
target site was provided to DT-S with task instructions attached.
This sealed envelope was not opened and was returned to DT. The
attached instructions were followed.
2. (U) TASK:
(S/NF/LIMDIS) Describe activities and purpose of target
area; provide backup sketches.
3. (U) RESPONSES:
a. (U) SOURCE 025:
(1) (U) DATE OF INFORMATION (DOI): 22 Jan 91.
(2) (S/NF/LIMDIS) DATA SUMMARY:
- Purpose of site is associated with scientific
(military) system assembly, possibly with
monitoring functions:
o Monitoring screens are present.
o Serves as a type of "ground base".
o Military people and mechanical workers are
involved.
- Associated equipment includes:
o Metallic cylindrical tanks with a coiled
top apparatus.
o Tall thick iron or steel mesh is present.
o Concrete structures are present.
o Small round circular objects are in the
central area.
- Site area:
o Rocky, muddy cloudy and smoky.
o Small dugouts, sand hills are present.

- Purpose of site includes assembly,
repair/testing, and storage.
- Equipment/function associations are:
o Objects are complex, with energetic
aspects.
o Primary object shapes are rectangular, and
some are tube-like and stacked. They may
generate fog/smoke (FIG 1).
o Objects are obscured by coverings and are
partially below the surface.
- Some site aspects are:
o An overhang aspect is present, and
possibly a passageway.
o Area has depressions, hollowed-out aspects
(FIG 2).
o Area seems shoddy, dirty.
o Crackling, buzzing, grinding association.
o Idea of "rebound effect" seems to apply.

- Site purpose has a control function, possibly
associated with a surface-to-air weapon activity.
- Several structures are in area that are pointed
and Jagged. Concrete walls seem to be present.
Some structures are tall and narrow with round
objects like flood lights on top.
- Many people are involved:
o Slight sense of people "retainment" (for
some).

of floating or suspension.
o A tall, narrow object is present that may
have a large ball-shape on top.

a. (S/NF) Area may be associated with assembly/repair and
possibly with a control role:
- Possibly air defense.
- May have an "obscurant" aspect (via
concealment, or obscurant generation).
b. (U) This target can be reexamined to focus in on main
area of interest.
