The vehicles are security or police cars or taxis. The men
driving the vehicles are dressed in dark uniforms. The vehicles
are dark in color. The vehicles's origin are European in nature.
The vehicles are used for transporting people or important people.
People are inside the vehicles. The vehicles are known to go at a
very fast rate. The vehicles have a long and big dashboard.
Overall, I felt that I was in a city or a large town and when
I saw the vehicles moving down a long narrow street, it was night
time.
