T1f-&V6VN789R000900580004-6 UL , UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT DATE: 13 FEB 90 REPLY TO DIA (DT-S) SUBJECT: SUN STREAK Project 9002-A (U) HQS, DA (ATTN: DAMI-IO) memorandum 1. (S/STD) On 13 February 1990 four sessions were conducted to SG1A determine the curren in about a five mile radius ofl I ~ A copy of an area map was provided for this purpose. SG1A 2. (S/STD) Remote Viewer 079 identified La Cristalina as the target personality's current location. See TAB A. The target personality currently travels between La Cristalina and San Vincente (TAB A). During the course of a second effort, 079 described the target personality as a somewhat young person wearing a white shirt with a red tie; he sometimes wears a beard. The target personality appears to travel in an old model, American-made car of a 1950 vintage. He was observed in a small house in the presence of a woman and three children. He subsequently travels to an elaborate and imposing structure, like a church. (OPS COMMENTS: La CriOtalina as described by 079 is in a different location that La Cristalina described below by Viewer 111 003). 3. (S/STD) Remote viewer 095 was unable to determine the location of the target personality in current time; the area highlighted in pink represents a location recently frequented by the target personality. 4. (S/STD) Remote Viewer 003 indicated the target personality as being located in an area below "La Cristalina." See TAB C. The target residence was perceived as a large, white, L-shaped structure with a veranda, a bumpy roof, and surrounded by a white masonry wall. The target site was perceived as located amid open, dry, hot, dusty, and rolling terrain. Dark-skinned people were in the area; no one felt threatened. An overview of the target area is represented in a sketch at TAB D.
