3. BACKGROUND: The target is the load of contraband in
the form of illegal drugs. The last known location of the
load was on 12 April 1990 in the vicinity of the Spratley
Islands in the South China Sea. The anticipated ultimate
destination may 1h(.o Alaska.
a. Physically describe the load of contraband in the
form of illegal drugs.
b. Describe how the drugs are packaged/wrapped.
c. Describe: the current location and surrounding of
the drugs.
d. Determine the location in terms of geographical
coordinates.
e. Identify and describe the ultimate destination of
the drugs.
