2. (i/C"I"D/Ni) 018 reported that the callsign is associated with
a vessel. The vessel is currently (11 1307L APR 90) located at
20 40' N 68 15' W. The vessel is large, black with a cream
colored 'Lop. The c.t.e:5rn is very rounded and the foredeck bows
upward. The vt:!Lisse?l is carrying contraband aarm s/weia).7ons which are
located an the starboard side, slightly forward at the water-'line
(E--F? 3 on notional ship grid). The name of the vessel begins
with "HER..." The weapons will be dropped off underwater for
divers to pick up. This will be off the east coast of the
southeast US at a bay which has a ring of small islands (NFI).
3 (C/ flD/NF) 025 reported that the call sign is as. scadiated
with a vessel. The current (it o800--0900L APR 90) location of
the vessel is near Cc:>],on, Panama at 09 N 80 W. The vessel is
heading into the Panama Canal., It is carrying contraband on
board near- they bow on i h'e starboard side at the waterline (F3 an
notional ship grid)
