White background, black and tan stripes (aztec look), privately owned. - Expression that came up: ESTOY CALLIENTE (supposed to signify that there are drugs on board?) 025: 241300EDT 59 - Area of interest: 17N 69W (S of Santo Domingo) - Vessel is supposed to cruise around coast of D.R. then westward, Navy vessel will be involved in this movement somehow.
