beamed motor sailer, with a round s ern, a ,, rounded bow;
wood construction, and wood grained in color with green trim and
a white-topped cabin roof. The cabin is aft and there appears to
be at least two masts and a short, blunt bowsprit (note: sketch
attached to viewer summary at TAB B). A possible call sign
associated with the vessel is approximately "Mike India X-ray 7
Oscar." The vessel intends to effect of a transfer of contraband
near dawn on 25 April 1990 at 13 30' N 74 50' W. From this
point, whatever vessel is carrying the contraband will proceed
north between Jamaica and Haiti, around the eastern corner of
Cuba, through the Bahamas to the Miami, Florida area.
3. (S/STD/NF) 018 -reported that the ' is
presently (24 1300L APR 90) still in port awaiting on oa ing of
the contraband. The contraband will be offloaded (for later
pick-up) on the northwestern end of a small island in the
vicinity of 21 N 72 W (northwest of the Turk and Caicos Islands).
This small island is off the northwest coast of a larger island
which resembles the shape of a jaguar's head when viewed from the
air. See sketch of island attached to viewer summary at TAB B.

The " will head NW from Colombia, travel between
Navassa Island an Haiti, turn NE to go between Cuban and Haiti to
the island. The destination of the contraband after the island
is a warehouse in the Bahamas for world-wide distribution. The
is larger than a yacht, but smaller than a
commercia ship. It has black and tan stripes on a white
background. It's upper structure has a sloped front. The code
SG1A
to 17 N 69 W (south of the Dominican ep ransfer the
drugs to a wide boat. This second vessel will then cruise around
the eastern coast of the DOminican Republic, past Puerto Rico and
will then travel westward. A navy vessel will be somehow
involved in this process. The 111111111111111resembles local SG1A
phrase "ESTOY CALLIENTE" will be used to signify drugs on board.
4. (S/STD/NF) 025 reported that the will travel
"Mallot/Mallod/Malloy/Madden/Modden." The vessel is large with
rounded portions. The word "LACE" is somehow associated with
this operation.
6. (S/STD/NF) At TAB A is a map summarizing all the locations
identified by the viewers. At TAQ&crn the viewers' EEI sheets
and session summaries.

5. (S/STD/NF) 079 reported that the ' ' will take
on a large load of contraband at 16 N is will occur

northwesterly direction and off-load the contraband at 24 30'N 83
20' W within 7-9 days of 25 1000L APR 1990. An aircraft may be
involved. The vessel will make a stop at 25 30'N 83 W. A call
sign associated with the vessel sounds like

possible callsign associated with the vessel is something like
"Mike India X-Ray 7 Oscar." The vessel intends to effect a
transfer of contraband near dawn on 25 April 1990 at a location
