1. (S/STD/NF) On 24-25 April 1990, four remote viewers (003, SG1A
018, 025 and 079) conducted a total of fiv ions to
S&qkwer requirements against the vessel ,: whose
a e on a large load
of marijuana "as early as 24 April 1990." Several call signs
have been/will be used with this endeavor. The customer's EEI
was as follows:
a. Where and when will the target vessel off-load/effect a
surface (ocean) transfer of the contraband in the form of drugs?
b. Determine the describe the target vessel's route of
travel.
c. Determine the destination of the contraband in the form
of drugs.

3. (S/STD/NF) 018 reported that the is
presently (24 1300L Apr 1990) still in port awaiting onloading of
the contraband. The contraband will be offloaded (for later
pick-up) on the northwestern end of a small island in the
vicinity of
21 NI 72 W (northwest of the Turk and Caicos Islands). This
small island is off the northwest coast of a larger island which
resembles the shape of a Jaguar's head when viewed from the air.
The is larger than a yacht, but smaller than a
commercial ship. It has black and tan stripes on a white
background. It's upper structure has a sloped front. The code
phrase "Estoy Calliente" will be used $G1skgnify drugs on board.
4. (S/STD/NF) 025 reported that the ' will travel
to 17N/69W (south of the Dominican Republic, past Puerto Rico and
will then travel westward. A vessel will be somehow SG1A
involved in this process. The esembles local
tourist vessels. A call sign associated with it is "Blue Whale,"

5. (S/STD/NF) 079 reported that the ill take
on a load of contraband at 16N/79/W. This will occur within 48
hours of 241300LAPR90. The vessel will travel in a northwesterly
direction and off-load the contraband at 24 30'N/83 20'W within
7-9 days of 25 1000L Apr 1990. An aircraft may be involved. The
vessel will make a stop at 25 30'N/83W. A call sign associated
with the vessel sounds like "mallot/Mallod/Malloy/Madden/Modden."
The vessel is large with rounded portions. the word "LACE" is
somehow associated with this operation.
