(S/STD/NF) On 26 April 1990, four Remote Viewers (# 003, 025, 079 and 095) conducted a total of four solo sessions in an effort to answer requirements against the suspected narcotics SG1A smuggling vessel known as the wnicn left Cartagena, Colombia on 23 April, 1990. It was believed by the customer to be en-route to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The customer provided the following EEI: a. Determine the current location of the b. Determine if it is carrying contraband in the form of drugs. c. If so, how are they wrapped and where are they stored? d. If not, will the vessel.on-load drugs (on this voyage)? Where? e. Where and when will the target vessel transfer/off-load the illegal drugs? target vessel. 2. (S/.S.Tf/NF`) 003, reported that the vessel was located at f. It was reported as not going to San Juan, but in the direction of the Gulf of Mexico, to off-load the drugs at 24N/87W. No call signs were obtained. It was reported to be carrying rectangular, well-padded bundles of drugs stored below a large metal plate with hidden hinges which is in the bow on the prot side, well below the waterline. It was reported heading toward Puerto Rico, but that it would not off-load the drugs there, because it would be intercepted before it reached between 17 degrees 17 30' of latitude. One call sign was reported to resemble "Margarite", Margo" or Marco", and another resembled "MIA CO". 6.
