Proj. no: 9023 Date: 27 Apr 90 Viewer: 003 Session: 001 Monitor: N/A Time: 1021-1045 .1) Vessel involved is presently in the vicinity of a southeast- facing bay or harbor on the coast of a lush, heavily vegetated island with hills and white beaches, with numerous brightly- colored craft, some with sails, moving in various directions around it. Dowsing-search puts it somewhere in the vicinity of 21 deg N/84 deg W--WNW of the Cayman Islands. Vessel is carrying contraband, which seems to be in the form of a hard, granular, white substance, protected by heavy-gauge clear plastic sheeting, which in turn is sealed in metal boxes with sharp corners. The boxes are stored in an airtight, dark, stuffy, very smelly region on the vessel that has large metal latches and a rubber gasket on the door to it. Location is slightly forward of amidships and to port of the center line. There is an impression that contraband containers may be buried under a large quantity of dead slippery, meaty marine creatures. Contraband seems to eventually be bound for the southeast coast of Florida, vic 26 deg N/81 deg E, but may not be transported there by this vessel. Vessel may "pass off" cargo in vicinity of present location in very near future (within 8-10 hours of 271030 Apr 90).
