(S/STD/NF) On 18 May 1990, four remote viewing sessions were conducted against the suspected narcotics smuggling vessel known as the The fifty-foot Bailin vessel, with a white hu an e g Registry Number, departed SG1A ^ Cartagena, Columbia on 8 May 1990 enrou land. of Curacao located about 180 miles east of the Peninsula de la Guagara, Columbia. The ultimate destination of the drugs is believed to be somewhere along the southeast coast of the United States. 2. (S/STD/NF) 095 reported that the vessel is currently located northwest of the Antilles at 1233N/6721W and heading due northeast. The vessel is currently carrying contraband in the form of 5-6 kilograms of cocaine. The cocaine is located at midships gust to the port side of the center of the vessel at the water line. The cocaine has been molded into something brawn, smooth, and plastic. There was the impression that because of this it could not be smelled by dogs. To get the cocaine out, the brown thing has to be destroyed/broken. The cocaine will be off-loaded to another vessel on 21 or 22 May 1990 between 1800- 2000L. The ultimate destination of the drugs is mideastern US. 3. (S/STD/NF) 018 reported that the vessel is in port in a marina at approximately 1215N/6730W. the vessel is carrying contraband in the bilge (waste water) tank. The drugs are presently waiting for someone to come by the marina to pick up the drugs. The drugs will be delivered to a home at house address #5 on a "CORK" OR "DRIFTWOOD" road/lane/street/etc. The drugs will be off-loaded on the southwest tip of Florida, at approximately 25N/8045W 4. (S/STD/NF) 025 reported that the vessel can be located at HANDLE VIA SKEET CHANNELS ONLY Approve 1112N/~2W. the vessel is currently carrying heroin. It is packaged in pouches and the term "terrain station" surfaced as to the location of the drugs aboard ship. The ultimate destination of the drugs is Puerto Rica. 5. (S/STD/NF> 049 reported that the vessel can be located at 1920N/79W between Jamaica and Grand Cayman Island. It is traveling in a northwesterly direction. The target is carrying contraband. However, the narcotics are not a conventional type of cocaine; it is solid, dense, and tightly packaged. The contraband is associated with long tubes which resemble the type used for storing navigational charts. These tubes, in turn, are hidden within a cavity in the bow area of the vessel. the contraband is to be transferred to another vessel at sea south of the Ferrebonne Bay area of southern Louisiana (between 28 and 29N and 90 and 91W. this will take place during the Memorial Day period. The vessel receiving the cargo resembles a small fishing trawler or "shrimper.": Its nets are frayed and the characters "V, T, 7, 0, and 3" are associated with this boat in some way. There is a tall, heavy-set man with a heavy black beard and untucked flannel shirt on the pick-up boat. The pick-up time is early morning and it is gray and foggy. the pick-up boat will come from an area which is predominately tidal estuary. The destination of the contraband is a location associated with the name of Flambeau ar Flanareaux. The tubes which are associated with the contraband are 3 1/2 to 4 inches in diameter and 3 feet lang. They resemble navigational chart tubes. These tubes are both stacked vertically and horizontally in a cavity in the bow of the vessel. The tubes rather resemble a bangalare torpedo. the cavity occurs behind the bow-side wall of a small room or where a passageway widens a bit. There is a triangular shaped wooden object which sits center and attached to this wall. cushion covered benches are on either side of this wooden ob,~ect. There are window ar portholes above some of the benches. The wooden object is reddish with tan trim. It is approximately 3.5 to 4 feet tall and 18 inches on a side. A small railing runs along the top, rear edge. the entire object is well constructed and very polished. There are 3 black wooden rails attached to, or 3 slots cut into, each of the two front sides. This triangular wooden abject has something to do with the access to something; possibly the bow cavity. 6. ~iirrent locations as determined by the viewers are reflected in a copy of a map enclosed SG1J 1 ENCLOSURE MAP Branch Chief ~789R000900190010-2
