(S/STD) Between 15 MAY 90 and 17 MAY 90, five Remote Viewers, 003, 025, 049, 079 and 095 conducted eight sessions in an effort to answer requirements against tasking for project #9027. That tasking included the background information of "Target is a structure", and the Director instructed the Project - Manager that the encrypted coordinates were for a structure SG1B located in The following EEI was requested: a. Describe the structure; identify and describe the entrances to the structure. c. Describe the personnel who control the target structure (who works/stays there; who comes and goes?). d. Describe the interior of the target structure. CLASSIFIED BY: HQDA DECLASSIFY BY: OADR S T- ike T STIPPLED NOFORN SPECIAL REQUIRED Handle Via SKEET C Only 2. (S/STD) '003, in two sessions, indicated a large (in comparison to a normal house) structure of masonry construction with a portico at the slightly recessed front entrance. The structure has wings or outbuildings in close proximity and a courtyard surrounded by a solid wall. The most significant room is at the right rear, under the structure, partially underground. All but one entrance to it has been sealed, and the one is locked securely and checked periodically. The room has containers of burlap-like material. There are at least two other rooms at this level, but of no interest. The only entrances to this room are stairs to the inside of the structure and masonry stairs at the rear of the structure. Trucks pull up to this door/stairs to load/unload. About 20 dark-complected, dark haired people are associated with the site, predominantly male, loosely cohesive as a group, with lower levels of leadership in a state of flux. (S/STD) 025, in one session, reported a house with stairs and railings at the entrances. 025 indicated that the floors below the house are of importance. Hoses and wiring can generate bolts of electricity. There are a few metallic drums, some with flammable substances, and possibly heroin or mescaline. Small torpedo-shaped shells and plastic putty explosives are present. The house is guarded and has as its purpose the distribution/shipping of drugs and explosives. A conceptual sketch is at TAB B. 4. (S/STD) 049 in two sessions, reported an old, spanish-style, two storied dwelling with a red roof and a central courtyard. A door off the courtyard leads to a low, dark passageway with two rows of bare light bulbs. This passageway slopes downward to a restricted access room. A first barrier is easily bypassed, then the real barrier is hidden and detects emitted energy. There is a sense of "booby-trapping" through the use of small thumbnail- sized disks hidden near the doorway to the room. Cardboard boxes which contain illegal goods (seen as wrapped packages of electronics with military use) are stacked along the wall. A second room, off this one, has a cluttered table and shelves. A third room, off the 2nd one, has walls of bedrock, along which are placed several racks. A shallow cupboard/panel may conceal a maze or labyrinth. At the far end of this room is a stairway leading up to a doorway. The people associated with this house are not local people, but are highly skilled with different levels of expertise/knowledge/intelligence. Their language is similar to, but different from that of the surrounding locale. Conceptual sketches are at TAB C. 5. (S/STD) 079 in one session, reported a long, square house in a somewhat isolated area. It has three front and side entrances and possibly one in back. The containers inside the house are small vessels with liquid substances which are highly flammable. The people consist of both young males and females, and are a very close group who want to stay.hidden. The inside of the house is normal in appearance. The letters "A G A" and the names "Althea/Allthea" and "Theodore" surfaced. A conceptual sketch is at TAB D. 6. (S/STD) 095 in two sessions, reported a long, rectangular, one-story wood and metal building, approximately 60/70' long and 30/40' wide with a pitched roof, no windows, and large heavy double doors on one end. It is internally partitioned into rooms, with one room having a large, metal sink and a long, metal counter. There is a primitive, hastily dug basement which smells of dirt. The people are dark haired, dark skinned men, casually dressed, trained in specific, skilled tasks. The containers are STIPPLED NOFORN SPECIAL UIRED Handle Via SKEET Chann Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000900170009-6 Approved For R ase 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000900170009-6 STIPPLED NOFORN SPECIAL D white and smooth, which contain rows of stacked, long, smooth, cylindrical objects which are "explosive by mechanical means", and which explode in a controlled direction. These objects have a recessed end, and a cylindrical sleeve. They are kept in concealed storage. The main purpose of the structure was not seen as storage, but as involving the applied use of chemicals. The basement area has a lower-than-normal ceiling and is crowded with stacks of boxes. Access to this level is through the floor. Conceptual sketches are at TAB E. 7. (S/STD) PROJECT OFFICER'S COMMENTS: The consensus of information from all sources would indicate that the presence of a house, guarded and manned by several people, with an important underground area possibly leading to a second area. Activity at the site appears to involve chemicals; there is also a consensus that the materials stored in the "containers" involve explosives and possibly drugs.
