geographical coordinates 21 Degrees North and 76 Degrees West.
Some type of activity will take place at geographical
coordinates 25 Degrees North and 77 Degrees West within three to
four days.

c3l btermine the current location of the target vessel identified as
M deg 18 min N / 77 deg 57 min W (at 1315 hrs, 24 MAY 90).
2. Determine if the vessel is carrying contraband in the form of drugs. If
so, where stored aboard ship?: Yes. Quite a bit of drugs. Some is below
in what appears to be storage or cargo. Other appears to be in an area
beneath a black plastic (trash?) receptacle which is "built in" into the
wall or cabinetry.
3. Determine if (ocean) surface transfers are involved. Is fo, where and
when?: Transfer appears to happen after the ship has been in port a few
days. Port location was not detee61l.
4. Determine if the crew of the is currently armed: Possibly
an armed guard. Weapons are avai rest of the crew, but they do
not appear to be armed at present.
