(S/STD/NF) On 23 and 24 May 1990, four remote viewing conducted against a target vessel identified as the The target vessel reportedly left Miami, Florida en-roue to the Bahamas, possibly with contraband, in the form of drugs, aboard ship. Remote viewers were tasked to determine its current location, the nature of the illegal drugs aboard ship, and the destination of the drugs. 2. (S/STD/NF) Viewer 018 perceived the vessel's current-_ location to be at 2318N/7757W. Illegal drugs appeared to be present in the storage/cargo area. The concept of "cabinetry" was associated with the storage of the drugs. The vessel was en- route to a port area, not further identified. The crew did not appear to be armed. 3. (S/STD/NF) Viewer 079 perceived ,the,,, current .? location at geographical coordinates 224 ,530W`. ``Viewer 079 anticipated that a related activity, not further defined,would_. take place by 28 May 1990 at geographical "location 2500N%?rt00W 4. .(S/STD/NF) Viewer 025 located the target vessel 2200NL7500W. The illegal drugs appeared destined for, Naples, SG1A Florida. The drugs seemed to be a stern ' portion of the vessel. Crew members of the were armed. 5. (S/STD/NF) Viewers appear to be in agreement on the general and current location of the target vessel. Detailed responses to other tasking is lacking. There was insufficient time to obtain additional details; however, additional data may be obtained in enduing sessions if desired.
