future suspected narcotics smuggling operation involving an
airdrop would take place; establish whether two particular
vessels are/will be connected with the operation; determine if
the island would be used as a cache site, and how
the contraban wou e packaged and stored.

provided giving the concept of operation, possible region of
activity (the Bahamas), departure point of aircraft (Medellin,
