The vessel is involved in some sort of loading operation, done at two different
times-- one overt, one covert. The latter is quiet and purposeful, involving metal
containers of some sort. The covert loading is not done with a crane; the cargo moves
straight across, then is taken down low in the forward part of the vessel (not on deck).
It is then slid under or down into place (this seems to involve a vertical downward motion
followed by a horizontal motion, then a short vertical doenward motion as the cargo
(container?) "locks" into place.
A possible callsign associated with the operation is similar to M1 N08. Names
associated are OCTA/OKA, RAMON/RAYMOND.

There are several activities taking place on this vessel. At least two of the
activities deal with moving objects from one location to another. One movement involves
wooden objects; another involves sorting through piles of dark objects on deck. These
objects are dark brown or black with a rough surface.
Somewhere on board are objects that are green, tube shaped and pointed;
reminiscent of bombs or torpedoes (these seem unimportant to the operation).
There is a room which contains racks. The contents of those racks are potentially
dangerous. There is a sense of something explosive in this room. The room containing
the racks is locked and guarded. There is extra security or concern with this room. The
racks contain wooden boxes similar to weapons crates. The crates are dark green and/or
tan with rope attached somehow. They have white or silver lettering and black lines on
them.
Elsewhere in this room are large bail-like objects which are brown and covered
with some sort of woven material.
There is an individual dressed in white who is watching the sortin activity on deck.
He walks left, turns and goes down some stairs. He goes into a hallway and turns in to
a small dark room, with a woody smell. He begins looking at a notebook or small book.
This book contains pages which have words and numbers written on them. The words
are in groups of two. The words include names of colors. The following words were
detected: EEL, RAY, DOLPHIN, WHITE, BLUE, GREEN, TANGER, LOVO, JACK KNIFE,
YELLOW, MOON.
This individual takes out a card from somewhere; it has squarish holes in it with
other words on it. He lays the card over one of the. pages in the book. THis produces
two word groupings, including: BLUE FISH, YELLOW KNIFE, GREEN TRIGGER (see
diagram). There is a sense of great sophistication regarding this process.
