SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
1. The requested EEI were:
a. Determine when the surface transfer of contraband in the form of
drugs involving the vessel bearing callsign = will take place.
b. Describe the other vessel(s).

2. The following information was uncovered in session with Source 018:

The ll transfer to at least 4 other ships at coordinates 1608N
/ 7032W. Transfer times and other ships involved are:
a. 1 JUL 90 (already happened as of session time) to a medium-sized
vessele with a possible name/callsign of "ORO NEGRO" or "NEGRITA".
b. 2 JUL 90 (evening hours) to a large, slow, flat vessel with a
possible name/callsign of "BENDAR" or "BENNY DAR...". The drugs
will be transferred via hand-to-hand "bucket brigade".
c. 4 JUL 90 (afternoon hours) to a small yellow & green fishing
vessel with a possible name/callsign of "BURGON", "BURGUNDY",
"JORGON", "JORGAN", "JORDON", "GORDON", "GORDO" (Probable name:
"GORDO". Transfer will be a small amount and will take place via
a small very fast "go between" boat. The two ships will be a fair
distance apart, and the fishing vessel will wait for 4/5 hours
after the transfer is made before moving off. SG1A
d. 6 & 7 JUL 90 (afternoon of 6 JUL through 7 JUL) to the
SG1A Transfer will take place via a normal small boat ferrying
small portions of the drugs at irregular intervals, almost as
though they were waiting to get each portion safely hidden before
risking being caught with another. This will be the SG1A
largest transfer and both ships can be caught at this time most
opportunly by catching the small boat with the goods.
