is a middle-aged man with dark hair. He identifies himself as a
businessman and lives in a villa-type home away from the social scene. He uses
hotel/motel rooms for business transactions. He is rather well off and likes to spend time
alone. are involved in drug smuggling. They take the
money up front. The contraband is usually loaded onto a vessel with cigars and wine.
When contraband is transported on it is normally placed up front, close to
where the captain navigates the vessel. The contraband is ke tin or near the navigation
system (?). Onloading the is usually at night. is currently
undergoing a transition that may bring expansion in the future. may also
own a plane which is involved in drug smuggling. He may like to gamble.

nd his company are involved in smuggling drugs. He is the coordinator
of this acitivity since it blends well with his normal acitivities of scheduling and
manifesting. He is the prime link between the executives and the operators (the
operators don't know he is involved). likes at sea transfers, well away from
official destinations. He doesn't like the vessels to take drugs into port. Transfers often
involve detours which can be reasonably explained. Crew foreknowledge of smuggling
operations are rare (less that one-sixth of the time). These operations involve at least
one month of advance planning.
has a wide face, jowly with a flat, wide nose. His hair is thick and dark
with relatively short (longer than military cut). He has a thick, wide mustache. His neck
is wide and short and his build is stocky. He wears a gold neck chain and gold watch.
he is between 35 and 45 years old. One of his superior associates (not in the company)
has a name which sounds like

is 45 to 55 years old, slighly overweight, average height, somewhat light
complected, wears glasses and has some form of facial hair. He either wears or collects
high quality gold jewelry or gold objects. He is cautious, very careful, sly, and manages
his life is a covert fashion, is a perfectionist, and always covers his rear (CYA).
He is not currently involved in trafficking. However, he is involved in some sort of
smuggling operations, especially in the lower Caribbean area. He keeps himself
extremely well isolated from any connection to the smuugling operation conducted by his
boat and company. He knows that his operations are under surveillance and that ther
are attempts to watch him personally.
There are two levels of loading his boats; one overt (on deck), the other covert
(below deck). Venezuela, Caracas, and the numbers 43 and 47 are significant to this
operation.
is currently in a meeting of sorts. There are 3 to 6 others present. The
room is similar to a corporate conference room. He is looking and sutdying something--
papers, schedules, documents of some sort. He seems agitated and this is causing fear,
concern, and intimidation in the others. is also concerned about planning and

accounting. This meeting is taking place in a private residence. It has a magnificent view
- of a valley and feels like it is above the surrounding area (i.e. on a small mountain of
foothills, etc.) There is sophisticated electronic equipment present, like oscilloscope,
VCR, and a piece with a digital frequency display.
